As a Forward Deployed AI Builder, you work side by side with customers to redesign critical workflows and build AI-powered products that fundamentally transform how their organizations operate.
You work at the intersection of business, HR, product, and AI—understanding how work gets done today, questioning why it works that way, and building products that reinvent how People functions should operate in an AI-native world.
Your ultimate goal is to help each customer reach Level 5 AI maturity: moving beyond isolated AI experiments and embedding AI into the core workflows, decisions, and operating systems of their People function.
Build AI-powered products inside our clients: work directly with users and HR Specialists to understand real problems and transform them into products that change how People functions operate.
Own the product journey end to end: lead discovery, define the problem, design the solution, make product trade-offs, build, test, launch, and evolve products based on real-world usage.
Reinvent how People work gets done: question existing processes and redesign the underlying operating model — deciding what should remain human, what AI should enable, and what should be completely reimagined.
Move clients toward Level 5 AI maturity: translate an AI-native vision into a concrete roadmap, align stakeholders, create the necessary execution cadence, and ensure products reach adoption and measurable impact.
Smart and ambitious professional with 4–7 years of experience in consulting, banking, product, technology, high-growth startups, or other high-performance environments.
Strong business judgment and product mindset: able to understand how a company operates, investigate problems beyond the initial request, and turn ambiguity into concrete products.
High agency and ownership: takes responsibility for outcomes, creates structure where none exists, removes blockers, and drives work through to real adoption and impact.
Excellent stakeholder leadership: comfortable aligning multiple stakeholders, navigating conflicting interests, and leading strategic conversations with senior executives.
Excited to build, not only advise: enjoys conducting discovery, making product decisions, building hands-on, and turning ideas into products used by real people.
Energized by frontier environments: learns quickly, challenges assumptions, and is motivated by helping create products and ways of working that do not yet have an established playbook.
