Software Engineer

You'll build intelligent, modular systems that our compensation experts use to deliver strategic HR work at scale:

• AI-powered decision engines that design job architectures, build salary structures, and generate compensation recommendations based on business strategy and market data
• Systems that run complex, end-to-end HR processes — executing merit cycles, generating offer letters, analyzing pay equity
• Modular infrastructure that lets our team rapidly build solutions for each client's unique needs, instead of forcing them into rigid software workflows
• Intelligent data pipelines that transform messy HR data into strategic insights

You'll work across our full stack — from core platform capabilities to client-facing AI agents — always focused on solving the hardest problems that matter, regardless of traditional role definitions.
