In practice, you'll work in one of Comp's open roles, but with additional responsibility, expectations, and pressure inherent to this track.
We designed this track as the job we wish we'd had before starting our own companies — a "last position" structured to accelerate your readiness as a founder and ensure you leave with the repertoire, maturity, and speed needed to build your own business.
The specific responsibilities will depend on which role you choose to take on at Comp.
By joining the Future Founder track, you take on a dual responsibility: performing with excellence in your day-to-day function while simultaneously growing at the intensity and speed expected of someone intentionally preparing to start their own company.
